I was bought there for a 3 day 2night stay at a hotel and a tablet .when I got there they don't want to give me my prize that I suposly won.wasted 25 dollordd on gas and never gave me my prize.unles I participate.in a tour I didn't have time for that they wanted me to bring my family in side.wich I don't do.they said I for it the prize cause I don't want to do the tour horrible.expirience and never got my prize.is all a scam!!! Sales person not giving us information all at once, and made us waste alot of time while convincing us to buy expensive package while they could have just given us a more reasonable package instead of beating around the bush. Sales tactics felt deceiving to me. And time not well spent.
I like the packages if I had more time to pay I only needed 24 hours. But I feel like I was conned into in yes I got the tablet yes I got the hotel stay but as I received my gifts I asked the last guy I spoke to about the $20 for food and he told me it was in my folder that I received. It WASNT. I called the 215 # and she informed me on how it works and I feel like thats all the guy had to say instead of misleading me and for that I give yall 1 star 😒
Pretty pushy thought the whole process. Had a car salesman vibe
The presentation was informative and enjoyable but the sales people were a little to pushy.
In the initial session, we felt we were being treated like children. Silly questions, repetition of statements, and voice inflections by the presenter were quite annoying.
I was not told of a brief video, which to me is 5 to 10 minutes, not 1 hour. I drove 1 hour in traffic for nothing.
I supposedly won a sweepstakes but when i called back to claim, they said I don;t qualify because I don't make enough money. So they can take anyones money with no problem but when it comes to them doing something for me, I don't qualify? This place must be a joke and just trying to get as much money as possible. Terrible company with even worse vaules and customer service.

Phillip, I am sorry you're upset. You are still in the drawing for the prize you entered for. Sundance Vacations called because we want you to come into one of our offices to learn more about what we have to offer. With that being said, we're hoping you like what you see and you will purchase vacation weeks with us. The income limit to qualify is simply a guideline we follow. You can always have a referral come into the office with you. We would simply need someone who qualifies to claim the gift.
Gifts were not there your receptionist told me that I would have to be there for an hour to hour and a half when I was told I would be there 20 minutes tops which was unacceptable so they did not visit me with any gifts which I was told would be given to me when I walked in the door and presenting my identification which word not the case all I got was hello feel this out your time would be here hour hour and a half nothing else no mention of gifts of the two nights 3 days hotel stay or 7-inch tablet but not presented to me ... read more
