Horrible company that will try to trick you and steal your money - don't fall for it. You will receive a phone call saying you won a free trip, but if you redeem it, you will end up paying ALL of it. After waiting several months before they can "confirm" your selected dates (which are restricted to week days), you will be able to call a number and wait for 90 minutes (that's how long it took before I could talk to a representative). I was flim flammed to think I won something in reality you just wanted to sell me a vavcation and my free weekend getaway is a crock is shittttt I payed for it but only available dates are in May .. I fukking hate people .. I would never ever fill anything out ever anywhere .
Sundance is all about $$$ even with having my membership i still cant go on a vacation without paying a arm n leg. Good concept with horrible results
The whole thing was a lie! I talked to 4 people there, I asked everyone of them if this is a sales pitch, 3 people on the phone told me NO the 4th person (receptionist at the desk) just when I was about to hand her my ID, I asked if this is sales and she said YES! I never gave her my ID and walked out! I should have read the reviews before I took the trip there. Doesnt matter, I expected as much. We were blatantly lied to 3 different times and brought up there under false pretenses.
I am mad I don't like twisted sales and hidden costs
I was lied to , asked direct questions to salesman about my VIP package I was purchasing and he strait out lied. To make sale
Every one was very polite, doing there sales job, we did not plan to purchase a vacation now, maybe next year. I am off work with a work injury
To push the manager was too much
We arrived and enjoyed 2 days of our 7 day vacation before we were evacuated for an incoming hurricane. We were not reimbursed any type of compensation or refund for our vacation
