I feel as though we were bullied into signing up for this membership. When we said no, they sent someone else to talk to us. Finally, they sent the owner over to us who said he would give us an extra vacation "on him"...... Needless to say, we haven't taken one single vacation and have been with them for 2 years! My husband got laid off and I tried to cancel our membership. NOPE! They refuse! DO NOT SIGN UP!!! It was a joke. Theres no deal and they want to charge 16% interest on top of a monthly fee and you still have to pay for a reservation. Thats 260$ a month for like 7-15yrs! The three free day stay they promised is not free and you can only stay in certain places on certain weeks.
When asked if this was a time share was told no on the phone, but when we arrived we quickly realized we had no been told the truth. The original presenter did a great job and was engaging but the “sales” person that we had in the round table area was nice until she realized she wasn’t getting a sale and become extremely rude. The options they provided for vacation is not suitable for use at this time and relayed to all three sales people and really only one of them seemed to listen.
DID NOT GET WHAT WAS PROMISED see details of what I actually got. We did the pitch (2 of us for an hour). Received 2 nights of "free hotel stay anywhere in the continental United States". It took an hour on the phone to make the reservations. They could not get us actually into the city of Boston like they promised and I had to pay an upgrade fee to get on the outskirts (20 minutes outside of Boston). 160 for the upgrade and 55 for taxes and fees. Felt Pressured into buying a vacation package. Especially by the Owner himself. Made me uncomfortable.
Even after taking a 2 hr trip to meet with you all.Our reg salesmen was super nice, but after we felt very pressured even when i told people i wasnt feeling well.My husband and i both were on the fence with the last offer even though it had come from like the third guy trying to pressure us into buying into your vacation club and we not having much money we still might have gone for a deal the last offer was 1300 and 30 a month had anyone cared of what we did to get there or the fact From this having a bad migraine .we felt ... read more
The agent I spoke with was very rude because i didn't purchase a package. She made numerous rude comments about me not being able to afford the packages. I was highly frustrated and offended! After driving 2 hours to receive the gifts i was choosen for. I understand their goal is to sell, sell, sell but there's no need for the ignorance because i dont wish to purchase anything! Other then that i enjoyed my experience and i appreciate the gifts i got!
