I was told to come and pick up my free vacation and you guys would get to “brag” about your business. But that was a lie, that was not bragging!! My experience would have been better if I was able to receive my gift and leave after saving no. Instead I had three people try to persuade me to change my mind. I explained I wasn’t looking to spend thousands of dollars on vacations at this point in my life. I’m not sure why I had to sit there for 2 and a half hours and be tortured. No is no! Some of the things I was told seemed sketchy. When I got home I went on to The Better Business Bureau and read so many complaints against your company. Now I’m glad I said no.
If i could go under one star i would. Would never ever reccomend. Worse experience ever. Nothing but a scam
When we wanted to leave without purchasing, another salesperson was sent over to sell another PKg. When we asked to see list of properties, were told we could go on website. After an exhausting 3 hours of pressure we purchased a 12 week PKg at $4500. Looked at website &. Places we’re interested in are not there. We are not satisfied with our purchase. Please permit us to cancel
The guy who ran the presentation was great. he also is the one we sat with. I have no idea of the locations offered. I want to see pictures and be able to look at what is being purchased. Don't try to hold me later and longer with step down offers. if I say no show me the offers and let me decide. Not everyone is going to go for the same tactic especially if they have other things to do.
Who would drop 20k for a vacation package ..then turn around and still pay a yearly fee plus a weekly fee every time you go. I literally told the team that I had other goals in mind that I wanted to achieve first. I had to decline 8 times till they got the hint I wasn’t interested. Spent 2 hours for a gift of shitty pirates tickets and a tablet. When I was walked out I wasn’t even given my 2 nights stay with a Marriott of my choice. First off, the presentation itself was good. The presenter was very friendly and engaging. The problem I had was afterwards. Y'all's sales team was pushy, aggressive, and down right rude when they realized I was not going to to make any payments on the multiple "bargains" that were presented to me. I asked if this appointment would take more than one hour because we had a 6pm appointment afterwards. The second time we declined the offer iy had already been longer than expected. I missed my appointment. We feetl the group took up to much time explaining the premise. The sales environments after the group was uncomfortable. The benefits offered were different from what I expected. I don't mind doing my part but i don't feel your presentation fulfilled your part.
