Place to be relaxed This hotel is perfect to have a getaway. Relaxed and with enough activities to maintain you active. Perfect combination.
Family vacation It was a great stay. The room was very spacious and decorative. The pool was fun and had a slide. Carlos and Lulu were very friendly. They made the activities a lot of fun. Staff were all very nice and helpful.
Nice hotel with Awesome staff The staff made this stay very enjoyable. Everyone was friendly and inviting. Not a party hotel. It’s prey laid back if you want to relax.
Wish we could stay longer. The hotel is older but very nice and clean. It is smaller hotel so it is quiet there and we like this way. Food was very good. Especially deserts. We had a chance to try some Mexican cuisine. Truly recommend. We may got back there next year.
Superó ampliamente las expectativas Ha sido uno de los hoteles mas completos en los que me he quedado, la habitacion basica que reservé, estaba muy equipada, el internet de muy buena velocidad. El personal es muy amable. La alberca es grande y agradable. La comida buffette es deliciosa. 100% recomendado
Excelente Me encantaron sus instalaciones, el personal muy atento la comida excelente a toda hora tienes acceso a alimentos a bebidas, excelente lo recomiendo ampliamente
Was very good
Javier in the dining area was the best. Made us feel welcome every time. The resort really needs a beach area. The hot tub by the water needs a new hot water heater and some repair work. When checking in the fri t desk should give you your room key notmake you go to the excursion table and talk for 20 min then get your key. Need more bar / snack areas open after 6 pm. Everyone was very nice would consider going back.
Stay was good but there are no option for vegi foo I will not rely for vegi food the staff tried to help but still no option
