Everyone at the resort is so GREAT!!! Especially Gaby the yoga instructor and Israel the activities director. We really enjoyed everyone, the bar tender always remembered my drink of choice and the food was good. Our room was always cleaned. One issue I had while I was there is the shower hardly had any water and I had called the front desk several times during our 8 days. It trickled out is it was "cool" enough to tolerate otherwise it was so hot I couldn't shower. Also I had to have them adjust the AC several time but afte... read more
The waiters did not attend us right, most likely because we did not give tips and we felt ignored
Excelente servicio, ambiente y atención del personal
We got switched to this property, it is super nice and quite. We had problems with the ac working in the room they came and looked at it, didn’t fix it it only seemed to get hotter. Only one restaurant you can eat out of, we aren’t much on the food down here. It was super hot in the restaurant area.
