Javier in the dining area was the best. Made us feel welcome every time. The resort really needs a beach area. The hot tub by the water needs a new hot water heater and some repair work. When checking in the fri t desk should give you your room key notmake you go to the excursion table and talk for 20 min then get your key. Need more bar / snack areas open after 6 pm. Everyone was very nice would consider going back.
No valet parking , food and drinks no good , people of room cleaness drop towels and bed linen outside rooms.
Buen hotel sin playa La reservación del hotel la hice a través de expedia.com y cuando llegue no tenía el hotel registrada dicha reservación, por lo que fue muy molesto hablar a Expedia para que lo checaran con el hotel, y la chica de recepción fue muy grosera y poco ayudo a resolver la situación.
Nice hotel close to the lagoon. Nice hotel close to the lagoon. No swimming in the lagoon but access by boat or shuttle to other sister resorts. Excellent food and staff. Fun program while we were there. Boat ride to the beach was awesome. Only complaint was brown water in shower probably due to some of their remodel projects and AC didn't work very well first day. They were right on top of it and had it much better the second day.
Nice hotel for who not stay near beach. Good experience. Good restaurant. Dont have beach but have lagoon.
Housekeeping , and overall staffs are very nice and helpful . We should recommend my friends and family to this resort
Great staff We really enjoyed our stay at sunset marina. All the staff was so nice and accommodating. The food was good, the property was always clean. The staff was always so nice. We loved our waiters Javier and Raphael. Great service with a smile. It's very family/kid friendly. We can't wait to go back and bring our kid's next time!
Very nice rooms and perfect view total relaxation First time in Cancun and I'm glad I choose this hotel. All the hotel staff was really nice attentive. They help in any way they could. Bartenders making some delicious drinks. I would defensively come back and stay here 😍
