There weren't a ton of guests, so the pool areas were pretty quiet. The hot tub was pretty cold, probably the same temperature as the pool. There were 3 restaurants, but we did a 3 day weekend, with Saturday being our main day and almost all food options were closed. The shuttle to the beach at the sister resort was nice, but it took what felt like forever to get back to the resort. We arrived Friday and left yesterday. All in all it’s a decent place to stay for the price we paid. What made it worth it is that you can visit the sister resorts and your all inclusive package can be used there too. We rode the water taxi both days and spent the day over at the Royal resort which was much more fun and was also an ocean front property. First time in Cancun and the experience was amazing. I didn’t know what to expect but i was amazed with the the resort, staff, food. I will definitely go again soon.

Great location and service , could be better if the RCI members weren’t so pushy and wast 2 and 1/2 hours of your day trying to sell vacation share memberships.
