After a mistake with our room, we were upgraded to a lovely room. The hotel staff was very friendly and the other properties that we were able to visit had great restaurants and a lovely beach. The water taxi was a great way to get to the Royal Sands. The yoga and nighttime entertainment were wonderful!

Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff c For anyone looking for a quiet vacation this is the place to stay. This hotel has three floors with lush green foliage all around. The staff always went above and beyond. Specifically, Ramona, the front desk manager and Paula in the spa were exceptional. We will certainly be back.

great experience. food was great, staff was awesome, drinks were great too, room is big and nice view to the Laguna. you get access to the other sister hotels and they are great and great transportation.
Friendly staffed resort on the lagoon I enjoyed my stay at Sunset Marina. The friendly staff was the best part. The food was just ok but plentiful. The rooms were structured nicely but outdated and could use a deep cleaning. I refused to sit on the stained couch. Also, this is a timeshare property. I was not aware before I arrived.
Wonderful Time I loved my time on this resort , wonderful view . Food was pretty good , the staff was extremely nice . It’s a plenty activity you can do to enjoy your stay . Definitely need to book for a week .
Hotel NOT on the beach. Minuses: Hotel is located on lagoon side which is not recommended for swimming. I think they drop waste water there during the night (you will feel smell and pumping sounds at night). Also hotel and rooms are quite old. Some amenities are new, like light fixtures (LED) and outlets with USB, but some are very old, like windows and toilet, and, especially, natural stone used for decor everywhere.
