Hotel definitely needs upgrade Everything seem to be old. It says you have wifi which is partially true cos the wifi only works in common areas like lobby and restaurant so you have to leave your room and go to d lobby just to get your phone or laptop connected to d wifi which is not convenient. Quality of events in the hotel is pretty basic and d food is just ok

Magnifique séjour en famille Nous avons passé de très belles vacances, en famille, au bord de la lagune, non loin de la mer. Navette bateau pour aller à la plage très ludique, avons vu crocodiles ! Hôtel à recommander pour les clients qui souhaitent passer leurs vacances dans un hôtel à taille humaine.
OK hotel; beware - thefts! The room was spacious and as described; restaurant staff was friendly; reception is rather slow. BEWARE: my wedding ring was stolen from the room. Had to file a report with hotel security (in SPANISH!!!), the staff was not responsive, I did not receive any apologies. I had to be very persuasive to get a copy of my report. We had a good experience in the hotel,rooms were nice,large comfortable and clean,only with some little roaches.Staff very polite and friendly and trying to help us,but still We had to wait in the registration desk for about one hour and a half due to missing a reservation for one of my family members because Expedia didn't send it,so finally after an hour and a half we were thinking it would never end or even have to pay for another room but with the help of the front desk we got to our rooms very exhausted. Good not spectacular all inclusive hotel Everything was great except ice cold pool where no one wanted to swim Buffet variety and quality of a lower rate type hotel no bacon and no guacamole?! exceptional staff. The BEST always greeting always smiling and always wanted to please free shuttle to the beach fantastic! Big Negative: you could not eat or drink for free at the sister hotel at the beach. but for the price still worth it. I would come back.
Ett prisvärt hotell med lite slitna rum. Mycket trevlig personal och helt ok mat. Smidigt med taxibåt till systerhotellet för oss som gillar bada i havet. Pizzerian vid Lagunen blev en favorit både mat och personal mässigt under våra 3 dagar.

Beautiful staff. This place is amazing. Totally recommend it to everyone. It's a smaller resort. The waiter's know you by name and are so happy and welcoming and go out of their way to ensure you have a wonderful stay.
