Nice hotel close to the lagoon. Nice hotel close to the lagoon. No swimming in the lagoon but access by boat or shuttle to other sister resorts. Excellent food and staff. Fun program while we were there. Boat ride to the beach was awesome. Only complaint was brown water in shower probably due to some of their remodel projects and AC didn't work very well first day. They were right on top of it and had it much better the second day.
Nice hotel for who not stay near beach. Good experience. Good restaurant. Dont have beach but have lagoon.
Housekeeping , and overall staffs are very nice and helpful . We should recommend my friends and family to this resort
Great staff We really enjoyed our stay at sunset marina. All the staff was so nice and accommodating. The food was good, the property was always clean. The staff was always so nice. We loved our waiters Javier and Raphael. Great service with a smile. It's very family/kid friendly. We can't wait to go back and bring our kid's next time!
Very nice rooms and perfect view total relaxation First time in Cancun and I'm glad I choose this hotel. All the hotel staff was really nice attentive. They help in any way they could. Bartenders making some delicious drinks. I would defensively come back and stay here 😍
Bello hotel con hermosa vista a la laguna El hotel es bonito aunque falta remodelar las habitaciones. El personal es muy atento y te hacen sentir muy a gusto. Sobretodo mis felicitaciones para Raúl y Roger del restaurante II Forno pues me atendieron muy bien y me hicieron sentir como en casa
Estuvo estupenda. Todo estuvo excelente. Disfrutamos al máximo nuestra esrancia.
Muy bien hotel Se pueden visitar sus tres hoteles de la zona, por el mismo precio, varios actividades
Very nice place The food was not that great. Need more varieties daily on the menu. The staff could do a better job. Dont wait until the guest ask you for something. The guest are cluless where things are to get them. Sometimes you walk around and they just ignore you.
