Family Vacation - Cancun 2017 The staff at Sunset Lagoon or known as Sunset Marina has been nothing but excellent. We had 2 rooms at this location. 4 adults/3 kids. They are friendly, fun and attentive. The bartenders Gabriel and Octavio made the best drinks. Raquel was great and sweat with my daughter in the Kids Club. The level of the hotel is not bad but mild. Water in the rooms are not clean and they smell bad. An old bathroom. Too bad restaurant eating level compared to neighbouring hotels.

No real complaints. The room was much larger than I expected it to be, especially for the price I paid. They don't have direct access to the beach, although do have a nice marina overlook area with hammocks. A shuttle will take you to their other hotel which does have beach access free of charge.
Close to the beach excellent staff. Good experience and staff are friendly and nice. Close to the bus stop,good food.
"day use" available for other hotels of the group The hotel service is very good. The front desk, waiters and entertainment team are very friendly and willing to help at anytime. The room is spacious and comfortable as well as the other hotel facilities. WI-FI works well in all the resort locations. Already looking to book for later this year! This resort was absolutely amazing. When we first pulled up, we were skeptical as it didn't look quite like the pictures, but when we walked into the lobby and saw the rest of the resort, it was beautiful. The staff is amazing and truly care about you and your needs! We went scuba diving on site, and it was one of the best times of our lives. My boyfriend and I came here for our first vacation together, and we cannot wait to come back!
after 13 hrs of travel they forced us to stay and listen to a representative who wanted to sell timeshares before giving us the keys for the room. It is a boring hotel since they did not had any activity for the guess. Food is nasty
