Good price The hotel does not have a beach but if you stay in hotel you can jump around there other three hotels which are really good. The food was not amazing but good. The hotel is a little out dated but you get a jacuzzi in the balcony, our was facing the water so it was really nice. Overall good hotel for the price and for a weekend, close to main attractions you can literally catch the bus for one dollar to go to the club and they run 24 hrs so it's great.
Mediocore Hotel did not have our reservation, I had to email them my expedia confirmation when we arrived. The listing stated a fitness center, what they forgot to mention was you have to take a 15 minute shuttle to a different hotel to get there. Room service is included with the all-inclusive deal which is a plus. The service staff was friendly.

NEEDS UPDATING Our experience was fine. I knew from reviews it needed updating. The furniture was stained and need to be recovered. The beach area had great lounge chairs where I spent most of my time. I was glade I did not have to fight for a chair at the beach like many resorts. The food at the restaurant was good at the beginning of the week but by the end it was the same thing over and over. For an all inclusive there were not enough choices. Beautiful and relaxing views Comfortable and small resort with Beautiful and relaxing views and friendly and amazing staff. I love the buffet food and the green juice that they serve during breakfast. Very healthy and fresh options served with very tasty Mexican guacamole and other Mexican plates. Hidden treasure for a Cancun family vacation it was a pleasant discovery, to find in Cancun a small , cozy hotel with a lush greenery climbing the white walls. We asked and received a lagoon view room on the first floor which was amazing.The place was not loud, so we had a chance to enjoy the serenity of nature surroundings.
