Lovely Vacation This resort was wonderful for so many reasons. The staff was amazing. Always so friendly and ready to help. The food was very good. They made fresh tacos every morning for breakfast - sounds strange, but eat them! So good! The only downside is that the resort is on the lagoon, not the beach. You can take a shuttle to the beach easily, but the ride takes a while and you can't use your all-inclusive at the sister resorts. We walked across the street to Lobster Beach. Small, but nice. Relaxing and friendly We enjoyed two relaxing days. The pool was great, excellent staff at recreation, restauraunt, check in. Prompt attention to requests. Water taxi to sister resort on beach. All inclusive food was good, tasty, varied. We would stay again. Has an old world feel to the resort
Nice small hotel. Easy to get around. Staff was wonderful. The rooms could use a little updating but clean. A little more food variety, but what was there was great.
Awesome Mexico experience! ! We traveled with our first child and daughter who is 13 months old. From the moment we got in till we left we where treated well from all hotel staff. We enjoyed the shows every night at the hotel, except for the singing lady. I personally think they could do more with that time. Daily activities where nicely planned, and sailing and kayaking tour was included in our all inclusive package which was nice too. Perfect start to our Mexican holiday Peaceful surroundings. Traffic noise does not interfere in the rooms on the lagoon side. Weak WiFi in the room. The great staff, very friendly and helpful. As an alternative for buffet style is an delicious à la carte restaurant La Vela. Excursion possibilities and location close to the ferry port to Isla Mujeres. Easy to move by taxi-boat and shuttle bus to the other hotels of Sunset World located by the sea.

Great stay, great people I like this place , but I would rather have the access to the ocean beach
good view & nice staffers Other than stated above, foods are not good enough, sunset royal will be better. the a la carl hall must be made reservration even if there were only a few customers , that would make us think the staff want take easy and shown not so friendly .
