HOTEL MUY COMODO Me encantó el Hotel, sus instalaciones y servicios, el personal es muy atento. Me encantó el show mexicano que hicieron en viernes por la noche con la cena frente al lago... los mariachis A1. Les recomiendo mucho la zona de las pizzas que están al lado de los kayaks, son buenísimos y el mozo que atiende es super amable.... Te dan la facilidad de ingresar a la playa y piscina de los hoteles de la misma cadena, tienen una movilidad que te llevan y recogen....para mi ese servicio es excelente
Buena experiencia El personal del hotel es muy atento, las instalaciones muy bien cuidadas, facilidades de acceso para discapacitados, buena comida.
Access to other properties but all-inclusive did not apply there. Sales agents were pushy. The tour/excursion concierge was very helpful.
Excellent Resort We stayed in this resort complex with our daughter's family. All inclusive meant that we could have as much food (which was adequate) and drink (served to you wherever you happened to be). Particular mention to Andrea, Eileen, Tony, Ivan and Fabian
Very Nice hotel! My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Sunset Marina. Staff is very nice and helpfull, a lot of activities, good food.
Good place The hotel is very nice, different from others in cancun but in a good way. Not typical big buildings, rooms are very big. We got free upgrade to presidential suite. The pool and pool bar are amazing. There is no beach, but its not a big deal, the free boat takes you to another their hotel, runs often, beautiful scenic trip in lagoon! Guests can use paddle boats, kayaks for free. Entertaiment is all day long by pool. The food is ok, nothing special, but a lot of variety of simple dishes. Plus between breakfast lunc... read more

wonderful staff people ,great food ,everything you need to relax
приятный отель Отель очень уютный , без суеты . Питание достаточное. Работают аниматоры. До центра на автобусе ехать 10 минут. Советую здесь отдыхать семьей - все условия
