Deixou a desejar O quarto o chuveiro era fraquinho, a zacuzzi sempre estava desligada, no primeiro dia o atendimento pela recepção era péssimo... Além de Ficarem empurrando o programa share e agente querendo descansar de uma longa viagem, lembrando que o ar condicionado pifou e reclamamos mas nada adiantou

Sunset Lagoon was FABULOUS...... Greetings Reviewers, I just got back to New York from a fabulous vacation at the Sunset Resort. I was a little nervous after reading some of the other reviews, but I have to tell you - this was perhaps one of the best times I have had. Best vacation ever This was the best vacation ever! It is a place to go when you really want a vaction. The food is the best we ever had. We want to go again. This is not really for the party crowd.

OTTIMO HOTEL PER TUTTI Posto STUPENDO, un PARADISO,il personale MOLTO preparato,sempre disponibili.Cucina Ottima,come pulizie impeccabili, in questo Hotel esiste solo una parola "Para Servirlo Segnor ". Chiunque prenoti una vacanza a Cancun e scelga questo Hotel ne sara` SODISFATTO!

Not ideal for young children. Each time we ordered our meals, we were kept waiting and the wrong items arrived.

最高！！ すっごく素敵なスタッフ、施設でした。いつかまたこのホテルに宿泊したいです。今回は友達と行きましたが、今度は家族や彼氏と行って見たいです。ただ、それぞれのスタッフの説明していることが、バラバラなので、少し混乱しました。英語が流暢に話せるスタッフは少ないからスペイン語の勉強を少ししておくのをお勧めします！！

Nice place This was a very nice hotel for the money. The food is excellent and the staff is great. the only problem(s) were: The flowers they have in the lobby attracts a lot of small flies that are constantly bothering you. They are like little knats. The other problem was that they said the room had WiFi. I bought a weeks worth and when it didnt work, I called the front desk and after a few minutes they told me that you could only get internet in the lobby (it was free).
