Hidden treasure for a Cancun family vacation it was a pleasant discovery, to find in Cancun a small , cozy hotel with a lush greenery climbing the white walls. We asked and received a lagoon view room on the first floor which was amazing.The place was not loud, so we had a chance to enjoy the serenity of nature surroundings. Quick getaway with my mom and daughter I was alittle surprised when we reached the hotel to see that it was only 2 floors, it looks more like a condo setting than a grandiose hotel that I expected. There is no elevator to the 2nd floor, winding narrow staircase not great for carrying up your luggage(that's why you ask the bellhop). I was originally given a 2nd floor room but told them my mom cannot do all those steps. I was given a 1st floor room. Good value for money Food was good, and service was good. Location is OK. No real beach, but free shutle or boat to another hotel at the beach.
Envie de revenir... Ça veut tout dire! Magnifique sejour passé pendant 12 jours au sunset marina. Personnels très à l'écoute, souriant, agréable et aux petits soins. Le seul petit hic... Pas pu prendre de bains a remous sur la terrasse même avec un bon coup de nettoyage ça faisait un peu peur ;)
Wonderful time in Cancun Customer service was wonderful. Great Mexican food on the buffet every day. My wife and I were so relaxed under the tiki lounge right behind our room looking over the Lagoon even took an afternoon sail on a catamaran then back to the Jacuzzi on our back porch. We didn't bring the kids this time because we needed some couple time but when we got to our room a Junior suite we couldn't believe there was a whole extra bedroom two showers. Sunset lagoon The front desk people are not the greatest but the waiters and service people are awesome because of them we had a great time
Wrong place for a hotel room Our room was next to the main street. It felt as if we were sleeping in the bus stop. People that reserves this hotel should be informed that lagoon is not suitable for swimming.
Orientation and advising was bad We did not receive any further information on the packages they offer or what programs are included in what we have purchased. The staff does not speak English very well. Overall it was all right, though.
