Worst hotel/ motel EVER!!! It was a disaster. Had to walk up 41 steps to fer to my roon. No eleveator at motel ( cannpt even be considered hotel$ Electricoty and water was out one evening for approx 6 hrs. Would not compensaye me at all saying they had no lower level floors and it wasnt their fault the electric went out. Unless you speak spanish, they cannot understand. Remote Island of peace and absolute isolation At first, you see beautiful display of mixed exotic vegetation and a nice cozy little white houses. However, soon enough you find out that everything is not so perfect as it seems. At our arrival at the airport the transportation Company (G L) did not have our names at their list even when we had our vouchers. DO NOT STAY HERE The staff will treat you great -- if you're interested in buying a timeshare. If not, and you just booked through Expedia, they will treat you like dog poop.
Fun but go somewhere else It is a nice place for a "spring break" getaway. The food was very good. There are several pools and they allow you to swim up to the all-inclusive bar. The hotel is directly on the beach and the grounds are well kept. Unfortunately, there are several aspects of the hotel that made the stay mediocre. Muy flojo No tiene lo mejor de los hoteles de Cancun: playa.
Not impressed at all!! I would not recommend anyone to go to this hotel. I booked my honeymoon at the Sunset Lagoon and did not even recieve the same room that I saw on the online brocure. It was so bad me and my husband had to leave the day after and book another hotel.
Worst hotel service Did not include whatvi asked for and the staff was very rude and ignored us and also they always wanted tips for NOTHING!!!
Worst of the Worst Front desk staff are terribly rude (woman) and insolent (unprovoked); and except for the maids all have a bad attitude; bad service and bad everything. I would never go back nor recommend this place even if it were offered for free. We were 5; and were given only one bed. 3 of us had to sleep on a couch that was dirty and like a rock. I can go on but it gets frustrating when you pay in full and have to tolerate a lot of crap because they got you!
