La habitacion estaba bonita, el balcon twnia vista a la playa muy bonita tuvimos la oportubidad desde ahi mirar el amanecer, pero aire acondicionado no enfriaba bien
Clean room, the staff very kind
Kind of a mediocre hotel. Staff was friendly but they sometimes got frustrated with the insufficient staffing. Food was very good but the wait times to get into the restaurants were often ridiculous - an hour and 45 minutes on one occasion. The bed in our room was so bad that we requested to be moved to another room, which they did, and the bed was much better. We are Sunset resort members but had a hard time finding a place in the members only area because they don't monitor who is there and don't seem to care. Beach is bea... read more
