My solar started getting installed in July 2024. It has been a joke through the whole installation process. My solar is installed finally but not up and running yet. I still have to go through the process of evergy to come to my house for inspection and then they will have to come back to replace a meter on my house. This company is a total Scam... nothing of what we had told is true. Salesman ***** in ***** told us no more 400+ electricity bills and guess what we are getting nothing but 400+ bills and still paying for solar panels. I try to communicate with them and didn't work out . Now I'm paying more than before I think best thing to do is get a State attorney General and do something about this.
How does this company have an A+ rating? The only good reviews look very suspect and all the same generic wording, while the one-star reviews are very specific with detailed issues (all of which are similar). I am cancelling my appointment with them today.
We were told many falsehoods during the sales pitch and went with Suntria and had panels installed in May. We reached out to the company only to be told it might take awhile for the panels to activate. We spoke to the salesperson who simply denied saying things he had said before. They misrepresented the whole sale and I have yet to pay a significantly lower electric bill!
Completely misleading sales. Do not go solar. Its a complete scam. Youll end losing money, not saving. These companies should be banned from making door to door sales. They prey on stupid people, like myself. Youve been warned!
Had Suntria install solar on my property recently and it's been nothing but bad and regret ever getting into business with them. They damaged our newly built house during install months ago and have yet to send anyone to repair the damage. We paid nearly $2,000 for a battery install deposit and we havent heard anything in over 2 months and they refuse to answer their phone or emails. Ignored a prominently displayed No Soliciting sign & were told No Solicitors were allowed. The young man said he was not selling anything & then proceeded to try selling us solar panels. Would give a zero star review if I could.
Avoid this company at all cost. They harass you at your front door asking generic repetitive questions and dont understand the no soliciting signs you have.
