I have been trying to get support micro inverters for over a year. Suntria has failed to meet their warranty agreement time and time again. Significant technician turn over and poor record management has caused me to have to repeat my issue to a new tech every few months. Several times I have been promised that management would reach out, but no one has ever bothered following up.
I have been emailing Suntria for over a month multiple times a week for assistance. I have not received a call or email back regarding my solar panels. I am not receiving the savings that was promised, not even a quarter of the savings. Once my solar panels were installed they ghosted me and will not assist in any manner. Save yourself the hassle and dont be fooled by their salesman. Wish I could give 0 stars.
We have had our panels for over 2 months and still no service, no return calls or a response of any type.
We had our solar panels from Suntria installed and working in March 2023, it worked and saved us two months of electrical bills, then we had a hail storm in June 2023 and that is when problems began. Suntria has been all smoke and mirrors when it comes to getting someone out to our house to even get an estimate of time and money of what it will take to fix our solar panel(s) damaged in the hail storm. It is now August 2023 and after repeated calls, we still have nothing.

Not happy with the system too small not enough panels they did a bad job estimating how many panels, electric bill is still $2400 dollars a year plus solar payment worthless and there not in my area anymore to add panels
Wish I could give Suntria no stars. Had the system installed in June 2022, activated in July 2022. About 75% we're producing ok, when I contacted them they said some panels may produce less every now and then. Then June 2023, 33% quit producing. Finally after emailing, calling they sent a subcontractor out, he found a box with burnt up connectors, surprised it didn't blow the whole system. They prey on the elderly! This company is such a scam. They came to my 83-year-old dads house to sell him solar panels that he didnt even need. He said he didnt know how to sign a contract electronically so they came inside took him to his office made him open his computer and sign the digital contract! This company is so stupid if they think an 83-year-old man is going to fulfill a 25 year loan, SMH. Stop hunting the innocent, you pigs!
These salespeople went door to door in my neighborhood. The rep got nasty and with a menacing attitude with me when I told him I wasn't interested. He went on and on to try to engage me in an argument after repeatedly telling him No Thank you, I told him that he at this point was harassing me on MY PROPERTY and I told him I have a NO soliciting sign but he continued to argue. I have been having issues with my solar since it was installed by Premier which they are the same co. First off, the salesman stated that SRP required a battery backup system which they do not require. The battery backup system which was to be a whole house system and has not worked properly since installed and has not even been in operation for almost 3 years. (Since it keeps shutting down).
