I had two young men come to my door and I gave them my name, phone number, and email. They made an appointment for the following Monday at I believe 10 AM. I waited until 10:45 AM as the appointment was supposed to be 20 minutes and I had an appointment somewhere else.They never called and never came F*** them.

Worst experience I have ever had! Left my house a mess, broken, and won't return any of my calls or texts. I now pay for solar and electricity! Lied and said I would save all this money. I signed up with Suntria after turning down another slightly less expensive contract. The main reason was that Suntria was promising a rebate with my plan for 4,000-8,000 dollars to offset the cost of the solar while the plan was being implemented. The funds have not been sent and the salesman is avoiding the conversation. I firmly believe that this company is dealing with salesmen that are pushing for oral agreements that are fraudulent in nature to push high-pressure sales agreements.

If there was less than one star, I would leave that. DO NOT UTILIZE THIS COMPANY!! After we had solar panels installed by them we noticed the evidence of a leak in our floor. They initially were hesitant putting panels on a mobile home, but after their engineer (that we never saw come here) approved our roof, they proceeded with the installation. Suntria is nothing but liars and crooks. We were trying to go green and make a good financial decision for our family. We stressed this very heavily to the sales guy. The communication was absolutely horrible from our project manager and it took 3 months longer to get the panels than they told us. The panels were delivered with no notice of when they were expected. One of there door to door salesman rung my doorbell at 9 pm which made my dogs bark and wake up my 11 month old baby just to ask if we had two minutes to talk. People are going to bed at 9 pm for work the next day. Absolutely ridiculous.
