Ignored a prominently displayed No Soliciting sign & were told No Solicitors were allowed. The young man said he was not selling anything & then proceeded to try selling us solar panels. Would give a zero star review if I could.
Avoid this company at all cost. They harass you at your front door asking generic repetitive questions and dont understand the no soliciting signs you have.
Suntria as a whole is a bad solar company. From the installation and the process afterwards. Im located in ***********. ************************* is the Sales Rep and he is nowhere to be found after you sign the paper. I was also promised an incentive if I referred someone, which I did. 3 months later I have yet to received a *****. They under estimated how many panels I need and so did my friend. Its a c*** show. You cant get a hold of anyone. Stay away from these people and this Company.
Solar panels have been up for 10 months, but not plugged in. I have tried reaching out to the company, with no success. Now my first payment has been due. I refuse to pay a dime, until my panels are up and running.
We have a NO SOLICITATION sign on our door. They still knocked and rang my doorbell and waited on my front walk for a minute. Reason enough to NEVER do business with them. They obviously cannot follow simple directions so why would I allow them to do work on my home. And at almost 8:00 at night!
Absolutely horrible company. I would never recommend Suntria to anybody. Their salesman ****, tricked my wife and I into signing a contract that only covers 62% of our electricity, then ghosted us when we had any questions regarding the process. If I could get rid of these panels and the loan from GoodLeap, I would 100%
I'm really struggling with how this company has an A+ rating as it seems to make a mockery of the Better Business Bureau. Would a company that has been unable to set up panels up to code and to *** standards or even be operational prior to being charged by a Goodleap loan company for services receive an A+ rating? I dont put any stars, because the salesman is a liar , he told me that I will get 2 credits from the government after the panels one will be 30% from the value to the panels after the installation and the other after one year paying panels that will be 25% of the value to the property and that I will receive that money after I filled my taxes and I will be able to apply that money to the panels that way I dont have to pay the total amount for the credit, he also said that if for some reason the installation didnt pass the in... read more
