Will do anything for the sale. Promised the world. Light bill isnt any cheaper than before. Promised to maintain my existing system. Was just a lie. Salesman is non existent. Do not recommend this company. Said it would raise property value. Wanting to sell house. Everybody wants them removed and roof replaced. Such a scam.

Suntria is nothing but liars and crooks. We were trying to go green and make a good financial decision for our family. We stressed this very heavily to the sales guy. The communication was absolutely horrible from our project manager and it took 3 months longer to get the panels than they told us. The panels were delivered with no notice of when they were expected. One of there door to door salesman rung my doorbell at 9 pm which made my dogs bark and wake up my 11 month old baby just to ask if we had two minutes to talk. People are going to bed at 9 pm for work the next day. Absolutely ridiculous.
Our experience with Suntria has been less than stellar. Yes, going Green was what we wanted to do and we are happy with the product and the results on the electric bill.However, the service is horrendous thus far. The salesman is A-1, but the installation crew caused damages to our roof and the company refuses to do what's right and ***air the damages.There was an inspection done by the company and pictures were taken of the roof decking from inside the attic area. I would give a zero if possible, scummy sales tactics, awful customer service. I would never go with this company
Disrespect for property. Damaged dryer by standing on it, and they refuse to remedy the problem. Left panel off of the breaker box. Left fence gate open and let my dog out. Trampled on flowers beside my house.
My solar started getting installed in July 2024. It has been a joke through the whole installation process. My solar is installed finally but not up and running yet. I still have to go through the process of evergy to come to my house for inspection and then they will have to come back to replace a meter on my house. I am getting told that may be end of December I will be able to use my solar. I am being told I have to make payments on something that is not up and running plus pay an evergy bill. This company is a total Scam... nothing of what we had told is true. Salesman ***** in ***** told us no more 400+ electricity bills and guess what we are getting nothing but 400+ bills and still paying for solar panels. I try to communicate with them and didn't work out . Now I'm paying more than before I think best thing to do is get a State attorney General and do something about this.
