First class experience from start to finish. Sales rep was very knowledgeable on all product offerings and helped find us the perfect solution! Dayron and his install crew were on time and incredibly efficient throughout the install process. Justin helped walk us through the final job walk, could not be more pleased with our experience using Superior Fence and Rail.
The whole Superior team was excellent to work with. They were knowledgeable and walked me through the process. The process was painless and I received constant communication. My questions were answered quickly and any concerns I had were handled. I will definitely be giving Superior a call for my next project.
This has been a terrible experience. I have had to get a crew back four or five times now because the quality of the work is just terrible. From nails and screws sticking out of the wood to cracked wood during installation. I am tired of having to reach back out every time the crew does work. I just want my fence to look good and be done. You would think having to come back because of poor quality during installation they would take extra steps to make sure it looks good. I can't say enough good things about this Fence we've had installed. Superior Fence & Rail was an absolute hands on experienced Team. I personally worked with Zak, he was Amazing through the entire process, very informative and getting his team prepared for the work. It took 2 months to finally get our fence, but it was worth the wait!!! The installers were professional, friendly, and courteous!!!
Very professional and honest! There were a few bumps in the project but due to their honesty and working with me to make it right I would use them again for future projects.
Communicated well throughout the project. Meidy's team came well prepared and installed the fence accurately and in good time. I especially appreciated the excellent cleanup to the property before they left.

The entire process from the estimate process provided by Greg Acari, Sales Rep. to the installer Jose Sanquiz was great. Jose arrived on time, worked on-stop and cleaned the job site at the end of each day. I am grateful for the quality and professionalism of his work and would highly recommend them both.
