Don't waste your time on them. Put in our Vinyl Fence a couple years ago and we wanted them to come out and look at it. We have been trying for over a month. We sent them pictures and everything. They keep ignoring us. NOT happy and will NEVER use them again.
Very well done. Delivered on time, and communicated my timeline they were able to meet. They were able to communicate very well with how the installation would happen and kept us updated throughout. Very stress free and easy to work with

Rally cannot say enough good things about the whole fence buying process with Superior Fence. From the time Josh came out to give me an onsite quote, nice touch b the way. Only company that did that so I didn’t have to wait a week or more like some of the competitors. I was told 4-5 weeks which was understandable since it was I. It was a professional and efficient fence installation. I was told what was going to happen when and checked with whenever a decision was needed. The fence was just what we hoped for and replaced a previously poorly installed fence. The difference made it obvious how well the installation went.
Superior Fence recently installed a cedar shadowbox fence and we love it! Warren worked with me for a while helping me come to a decision, finally. Thank you for your patience!! Gabriel’s Team started and completed our fence installation. They were professional, kind, friendly, respectful and detailed. Above and beyond service and recommend.
They built my fence in August 2023 or maybe I should say they built the fence twice in August 2023. They talked a good game but they fell way below expectations. The first group of contractors they sent out weren’t even fencing contractors. In fact this was the first fence that they had ever installed! They were asking us, the customer, how to install the fence and were on YouTube trying to figure out how to install the fence. Our neighbor is getting a fence put up and they have been an absolute nightmare. They have cut our internet line not once not twice but 3 times! Not to mention the hit the gas last night and had to evacuate our house. Over an hour of gas pouring out making me sick and my house smelled. Nicor had 6 trucks out with special equipment because they messed it up that bad.
