They have an employee, Bryan, who is calling previous customers and asking for personal loans. He becomes threatening if you say no.

I was pleased with the exceptional service I received from Superior Fence & Rail! The installation team and office staff were top-notch, keeping me informed every step of the way. When a custom adjustment was needed, they handled it seamlessly. The finished privacy fence and trash can enclosure look fantastic! They truly delivered a great experience.
Our second job by Superior fence. From the very beginning: job review, estimate, booking and eventual installation, Superior Fence does a fabulous job. Communications are on time and to the point. Prices are reasonable. The products have been excellent, and our installation team of Bryar and Neil were respectful, polite, and did a very professional job in a tough situation. Bryar’s creative problem-solving has given us an excellent product! Great Job. We will use them again for other projects.
The first attempt to fix my fence was not good. My yard was trashed as dirt was piled on to my lawn. If they had asked, I would have provided tarps to keep the dirt out of my lawn. The top rails were not screwed in and the post caps were not glued down. One post was left without a cap. One top railing was even left not even fitting into the post.
