Everything went perfect from the estimate to install! Very professional and courteous, would definitely recommend!
We went with this company because of ‘good reviews’. Big mistake. They installed our fence almost four years ago. The fence we replaced was 15 years old. There was nothing wrong with it but we wanted to install newer fence. Our fence now has boards pulling away. Never had this issue with old fence. But the biggest problem we have is with the gate. How do you know who to call for a fence? There are a million companies out there who claim to be the best. Also, when you read the reviews, you wonder if their best buddies posted them to make them look good. Former neighbors had put up a 4 ft blinding white vinyl fence between us. Nick Hoffman was our salesman. He explained everything thoroughly and represented Superior Fence very well. His knowledge of the products available and the process of our desire to get a new fence is why we chose Superior Fence. Chris and his installation crew were very professional, knew their craft well and did an amazing job working in some very hot conditions. The office staff at Superior kept my wife and I updated and informed about the whole project. I highly recommend Superior Fence to anyone needing a fence.
Dawn hester gave me a price of 4,750 dollars...went to action fence who's doing exact same job for 3100...do yourself a favor and shop around...they were a disaster to deal with..
I'm very pleased with the fence process from beginning to end and most importantly I'm pleased with the final product. The installation team which included Dayron and two other guys worked very hard for two days to make sure my fence was installed correctly and to my liking. I highly recommend Superior Fence & Rail if anyone is looking for a company that holds to their promise in providing a long lasting fence. Very professional and reliable.
