My fence was supposed to be installed (according to my contract) between June 16th to June 23rd. I am still waiting for my fence to be installed, and it is now July 1st. I can't seem to get anyone on the phone or in person. The one person who called me, Kelsey, gave me the following excuse "we are on top of it and it is a permit issue because of easements"......problem is I just called the water department; they received the permit request today (July 1st). From the front office providing detailed plans with multiple notifications and education to the estimate team coming out and asking questions and finally to the instillation team, my large fence was installed quickly and professionally by each member of the staff. We had two sprinkler lines cut, but nothing that wasn't easily fixable. We moved into this area and knew we wanted a fence right away. I called three companies and superior was our second choice on the list until they came in person. Our salesman was excellent. He saw the other fences in our neighborhood and compared the differences. The quality is there, and it shows in their workmanship , leadership , communication on the phone, top-notch all the way. I have to say, from start to finish, I am so impressed and totally satisfied. The quality of the fence materials is 100%. The team worked together and were very professional. It was a bit intimidating to start the process of installing my large fence. But the professionals made sure everything was carried out calmly and in an organized way. The work was done intensively and finished within the agreed timeframe. There are probably some things that could have been done differently, but overall, the result is good and in line with what I ordered. Now I have a beautiful fence, just as I wanted.
