We loved working with this company! Everyone we interacted with so pleasant and professional, from start to finish. Nathan was the one to come out and do our quote, and he was so incredibly thorough, helpful, and friendly. The installers, team Navas, made my day today! To spite the frigid damp weather, they battled through it! Never failing to smile and confirm my satisfaction with their work throughout the process. My consultant was Shawn, though he tackled some trials of his own, he also made the experience great. The reassurance of knowing I can pick up the phone with any issues and they will be addressed, is priceless!

After researching the reviews I chose Superior Fence and Rail to have a new fence put in. I called and talked with Stacey, who was very helpful and answered my questions. She arranged to have the estimator come out. Shortly afterwards I received the estimate by email. I called Stacey and gave her the go ahead and she had Cristian and his crew come out. Excellent customer service, wood quality and workmanship. Alex, Jesus, and Alfonso were well organized and did an excellent job building the fence. Shawn was great working with as well for estimate and follow up questions.
