One positive review just isn’t enough. I stopped by Superstition Springs Lexus Service thinking I needed a whole new key—turns out, it was just a dead battery (rookie mistake!). I was expecting to pay for a replacement or reprogramming, but Bernice in the service department not only swapped out the battery for free, she also came outside with me to make sure the key worked and the car responded properly.
