Jason was friendly, helpful and professional. He kept us updated on the maintenance progress, was very patient in answering all of my questions, and gave us honest and practical recommendations on the maintenance items. He also took the time to explain what each item was for and why it was needed. We appreciate his professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail. He made everything much easier for us.

It all started with searching for Lexus RX. SSLexus's website gave me detail I was looking for an out-the-door price estimate. Wasn't easily finding that with other dealers. Sent emails to Internet Sales and PROMPTLY heard back from them. Found RX of interest and made 90 mi trip to dealership. Sales Rep was great. HELPFUL. No hype. Answered all our questions. Didn't push for decision which I appreciated. Gave us a dealer discount off MSRP which we accepted. Brought car to us after prep.
