We have had Surety for many years. lately we have been having a big problem with drain flies or fruit flies. They have came out quickly every time I call and helped in eliminating the problem. Even helped me with ways to prevent them from coming back. Goid job

Josh was great. He arrived on time, was polite and knowledgeable and took care of our wasp issues quickly and effectively. The woman I spoke with on the phone (sorry I don't have her name) was also great. All-around good experience and I would definitely use them again. It's sometimes difficult to find help on the island and having an experience like this is genuinely appreciated.

We just started dealing with them, and so far we are very impressed. The initial inspection was conducted by a woman named Heather and she showed up early and was quite thorough. She answered our questions and made recommendations. We were later called by another woman who set up a schedule for us. The person who was going to be performing the work showed up today as expected and spent quite a lot of time and did a very thorough job.

Surety Pest Control has had my back every step of the way in purchasing a house that needed pest control of bugs, wasps and rodents as well as doing kitchen toe kick abatement work, crawlspace abatement work, incredibly excellent exclusion work and helping me with referrals to other companies for things like insulation, etc. No one else would help me with the kitchen and I get anaphylaxis from rodents but they came out and helped when no other trade would. Despite what the other reviews say, Surety Pest Control has been nothing short of amazing. I am a property manager for short-term rentals and I have multiple properties needing pest control. Our account manager, Heather Pedraza, has provided excellent customer service. Her responsiveness, knowledge, and dedication to her work shows through in every communication I receive from her. I had a problem at my house with both ants and rats. I contracted with Surety to clear up the problems, to close off the entry points (exclusion), and to replace the vapor barrier in my crawl space. After the work was performed I had some concerns with the work and I wrote an email to them. The email was answered with amazing speed, my concerns were discussed, and the manager himself came out to see if the work met his standards. We have had monthly service with Surity Pest Control for about two years, and are very pleased with the service. The technicians they have sent out are very thorough and always let us know their findings at the end of the visit. The office calls several days ahead of time to schedule. The prices are reasonable and their work is guaranteed. This is the third pest control company we have used, and we have no plans to switch to any other company.

We contacted Surety Pest Control based in Oak Harbor in May of 2018. We had a long-standing problem with tiny water ants or "odorous house ants" in several rooms of our Anacortes home. We have had Surety Pest Control for several years. The last year or two we have had Leslie as our technician. Such a great service level we get from her! Leslie is always congenial, efficient, willing to do what it takes, and covers all of our needs. She provides outstanding service. And we were able to specify that we want our service after a certain hour so as not to be disturbed too early.
