We have contacted Surety twice, once for an estimate on attic work and another for a scratching sound in one of our exterior walls. While they could not complete our attic work they did inspect our crawlspace while they were onsite at no cost. We were lucky and didn't have a pest issue but they did provide info on a maintenance plan if we were interested. It was not high pressure pitch, which I appreciated. The second visit was the same. We recently bought a house and wanted an inspection done. They were out here promptly and sprayed around the house. The house was not occupied for a while so we had a lot of rodent activity under the house and a lot of spiders. Since the initial inspection we have not seen much activity. They have been out here about once a week checking up on the rodent problem since the initial visit and every time I am given an update on the house and what activity has been seen. Have used Surety for years. Never disappointed. Every employee who has come to our home is knowledgeable and well trained. All have been polite and never slacked off of their job. Very pleased with the service from the office staff to the employees in the field. In a world of unprofessionalism they are the apex of professional and take pride in their work. It is not a pleasant job but, they do it without complaints. Thank you

We used Surety a number of years ago on a family house that had been neglected. They took care of dead rodents under the house and made sure all was in order before we sold that house. When we built a new house in the community near Langley, we (of course) used them again for our monthly service. For the past two years they've come monthly and made sure we were rodent free. We called out two different companies to give us an estimate. Our house is about 5000 sq ft. so we wanted a plan and estimate to fit our house. Company A gave us a "this is what we do for all houses" and it took them about 10 mins. Surety Pest came out and spent over an hour and gave us a plan for our house. They also took the time and looked where we were concerned. Yesterday the did the extensive work at finding and filling all holes around the house. when I installed a ring camera I learned how long surety was actually on my property, less then 30 minutes a month. there were 7 bait boxes that had never been serviced, two crawl spaces with very old rat traps that were never baited or even set . when I had to buy my own traps and bait them after I heard something in my walls crawling around I decided to cancel their service and do it myself with much better results, $135 every 2 months for basically nothing being done.. don't recommend this company!

Other than the rude person, I've been satisfied with surety. Scott was with us for years and it was a pleasure seeing him every month, if there was an issue other than routine maintenance it was taken care of. Several years ago the area around the house was surveyed and any access points for rodents were secured and took care of the problem. It was included with the monthly plan. My tenants have been reporting sightings of dead rats, which is unheard of in all the years I've worked this property. I pounced on this issue, calling Surety immediately. The female rep I spoke to was condescending, presumptuous, and impatient.... Overall, she talked down to me like I was a child. When I described my rat situation, she dismissively said that our traps aren't ready to be serviced yet.
