I requested services from Surety prior to closing on our new house. There had been issues with rats in the crawl space at some point (yuck!) and powder post beetles so we wanted to make sure everything was in order prior to moving in. The house is surrounded by a crap load of trees as which equals lots of webs. I called and spoke to a nice lady and scheduled an appraisal. I am visiting my parents on Whidbey Island and learned of an inexcusable situation that occurred this past Dec. My parents had been using Surety for their pest control needs. Apparently the billing dept. could not figure out that my parents had already paid their bill and rebilled them. They called and the company assured them it would be taken care.
