Undependable. Unprofessional. They lie. No follow-up. Cant reach anyone other than by phone which is a typical 10-20 minute wait on hold, only to be lied to.

So sad to see a capable, well functioning business go bad. Surety has provided service to our house for 10 - 20 years. Only had one problem over the years that I ascribed to a bad employee they subsequently let go. Over the last 6 - 12 months their service has gotten terrible. Specifically: 1) The forget to send us a bill. Then we get a notice telling us we are in arrears and they are suspending service. We spend hours on the phone getting it straightened out. My mother had been paying Surety for several years to keep the rats at bay. As an elderly woman with no concept of what the company does and does not actually do for her, she's been essentially paying $50/month for imagined peace of mind based on the cheery reports of the service men that knock on her door to tell her all is well. I just called to find out about getting an estimate. The woman on the phone was not very nice. I was looking for an estimate for our fifth wheel, because there are ants in it. She quickly said, "we don't service fifth wheels," in a snotty tone. That doesn't make much sense to me. Why can you spray at my house but not in our fifth wheel? I'll take my business elsewhere.

Ended up getting rid of Surety for many reasons. We would constantly find spiders in the house. We had them install screens to prevent birds from getting into the attic but about 6 months the birds had already tore threw the screen and started building nests in the attic again. I had called to ask if they could maybe put a double screen on there next visit they said they could but it would cost me another additional $150. As long as you're prepared to have them repeatedly show up to your house unannounced during your service contract with them then all should be fine. True, they took care of the mouse problem we had but despite my repeated requests they absolutely cannot be bothered to call ahead before sending someone over to the house. These people show up at random times expecting to be let in without any heads up. Not recommended for rental properties. The issue is that Surety steadfastly refuses to schedule service visits with any more accuracy than "morning" or "afternoon". I live 20 minutes from my rental, which means I need to start driving 20 minutes before their "morning" begins so I can be there to let them in if they showed up first thing. Do not use this service. We have been with them for quite a few years now,relapsed in a payment due to the Chase credit card problem when we found out we immediately paid,it had been two months and they will not reinstate us Ed without a $350 service fee. No inspection is need & we have had to recall Them several times to redo, they failed to properly treat the problem. They are not customer friendly & expensive.
