"Recall!" I set up an appt. to come in for a recall on my Maxima and I was turned back right away because they didn't "have" a rental, but they actually had one and then another service advisor was able to located a second car in case it was needed because there was someone else with the same issue. I was told that they were not going to check the car because if the car was on the recall list, they were going to keep it, so I was advice to rescheduled the appointment and take the risk to driving the car with that issue. "Very professional." The sales service was very professional and courteous. I will definitely purchase my next car there. I had a lease car and they promptly processed its return.
"Quick and very clean." I asked them to make sure they were as neat as possible, especially when rotating the tires....because at another dealership they left oil and grease marks all over the rims. I was very impressed by the attention to detail an cleanliness.
"Quick and easy" Took my car in for a recall part to be fixed. The car was serviced and ready to go the next day and didn't have to wait over the weekend as originally stated.
"Car Service for vibrating problem when hitting hi speed" Brooks is your best agent in the service area. He worked patiently with us to address a problem that took a couple of follow up visits between Nissan and Costco. End result is our car is operating smoothly and we learned a lot from Brooks in the process. He is outstanding and I will ask for him by name for future service appointments. "Great Customer Service" Customer Service is incredible, Some of the mechanics are a bit lazy not doing a full inspection and just half done work. Often times they are just walking around instead of actually working on your vehicle.
"Outstanding " The customer service is outstanding and it is obvious the team cares about the customer. My visits are always an outstanding experience which is rare these days. Keep up the exceptional work.
