"Good prices but it takes too long from start to finish." I am happy with the car I ended up with but my first choice was sold out for under me while I was working with the finance person. Bill worked hard to get the car I was interested in and Ryan worked hard to get the payment where we needed it to be. I was dissatisfied with how long the overall experience took. We were there nearly 6 hours. It took two hours after the paperwork was complete before we were driving out with our vehicle.
"Great customer service" They really are knowledgeable about their products! Made the process of buying a new car very easy and as fast as possible. Mr. Kim explained all the financial options available and what the best would be to go with. Bill explained as much as possible about the vehicle that made me feel comfortable driving off the lot.
"Preventive maintenance " I absolutely appreciate the great and affordable offers that Sutherlin will send to help maintain my vehicles preventative maintenance. It really helps when the vehicle is older and the vehicle has been maintained and problem free!! Sutherlin keep sending the great offers, every little bit helps!! Great service and dealer!!
"Awesome, efficient!" Brooks gets me in and out, he always lets me know how the work is progressing on my car. He keeps me up to date on services needed in near future so there are no surprises.
"Smooth and helpful" Everyone at the dealership was helpful. The deal went smooth and quickly. Portia did a great job putting everything together for me. No pressure, just delivering.
"Service." Quick and straight to the point my type of service! Answered every question I had! I love sherry she knows her job! Great job to her!
"Excellent " They were very nice and easy to work with. Very friendly and efficient and wanted to make a deal. Wasn’t pushy or aggressive at all.
"Customer Service " Larry was very helpful and friendly, He explained the service I needed and got me out before the bad weather. He said I could come back on a sunny day for my car wash instead of getting it done when it was getting ready to rain.
"Oil changw" We took our car in for an oil change. The dealership is always very helpful. One issue that we had was the price we were given for the service was not the “final” price we paid.
