Run and run fast away from this company! They lure you in and say they have a preapproved loan offer for you, just call in and they will get you the terms and send you to underwriting. All false information and then they get you in touch with a debt settlement company who I am sure they work with and they get a percentage of the 20% they take. Pretty sad company to work for. Again run Forest run! Bait and Switch!

I have read many of the reviews, good and bad, about this company. A few of the good reviews do sound as if an employee of this company is trying to make them look good. I have received a few flyers stating that I am PRE-APPROVED as well. Based on the reviews found on this page. I have decided NOT to seek help from this company based on the evidence of too many people who have had a "bait and switch" tactic used on them. I had pretty much the same experience as others leaving their reviews here...they send a mailer telling me I am pre-approved for a loan up to $55k, and I could either call them OR go online to quickly check my rate without it affecting my credit. So I fill out the info with my offer code, after submission I am told to wait for a call. There's no transparent offer as with other online lenders, you can only get info via phone. Like most people reviewing, I received a preapproval notice for a loan, only to be channeled into a credit ruining, unnecessary "debt consolidation" process. These people aren't just scammers, but they're actively destroying trust by trying to start a business relationship with a lie. They are Symple-y awful. Symple-y horrible. Symple-y liars.
I received a letter in the mail stating that I was PREAPPROVED, not prequalified, but preapproved for a personal loan of up to $25,000. The letter also encouraged me by stating that "If you are like moat people that have high interest credit cards, this could save you approximately $500 per month!: So, I called, using the personal code. I spoke to a lender consultant. he said that I would receive various quotes in about an hour. I did receive about 10 different financial company turndowns. Received a letter from this company it's not an offer to extend You the opportunity to apply for a debt consolation loan at a rate of up to 24 percent I called the customer service number they basically **** .Don't waste your time with this scammer and when they reply tell them to **** off.they will respond to this as we are bla bla bla What ever they say is bull The only thing this company needs Is the government to put them out of business
Waste of time. Bait and switch. Advertised as a loan offer, but its really a backend debt consolidation company. They dont disclose clearly that they negotiate your debt down while it also tanks your credit for approximately 6 months or more. Racking up late payments and creditors calling. I keep receiving letters in the mail from this company and others. I accumulated high balances on my credit accounts during the covid shut downs that have had lasting effects. These companies are predatory and try to scam and lie to people to get them to renegotiate their balances with creditors. It is the old bait and switch tactic offering help, but then handling it in a way that actually hurts you further.
