I believe that they were forthright with all the procedures. They explained everything to me and made sure I understand it. I knew from the beginning after we talked a few minutes, this was not a loan rather a negotiation between them and my creditors.They also send me how to deal with the calls from my creditors. I felt they truly cared about my situation.
