Communication was great until I wanted to cancel. No call back received and now money is out of my account when it shouldn't be. Once it's corrected, I will not be using the company EVER!

It was all fine until I gave my social security number, now symple wont return my calls, keep hanging up when a call tries to come through. ****** the ai that texts you is unclear if they are open or not. I think the company needs to be revamped or shut down for unruly business practices.

This is a bait and switch scheme. What they don't tell you is that you will have to default on your debt, ruining your credit, and then save up enough money over many months for them to negotiate a settlement. They show you refinance options but then put a big graphic in front of you showing what appears to be a better solution. They did not have my debt properly characterized and the numbers were flat wrong. I owed a lot less in credit card debt than they were telling me. I received a letter in the mail regarding a possible loan when I called Symple Lending to get more information the woman *********************** was nice enough we chatted and I ask if she could give me a quote. When she eventually came back she encouraged me to do a debt consolidation where I don't pay my credit cards so they can negotiate my payments I said oh I'm not really interested in that thank you though then she got rude taking shots at me and my financial standing I ended the call politely but the moment I said I w... read more

Symple lending is simply unscrupulous!! I thought their program was a debt consolidation program not a debt settlement program after initially agreeing to the program I was able to read the contract thoroughly and I called back expressing my displeasure and stated that I was not interested in a debt settlement program and wanted to to cancel the service. The service was supposed to start in June with my first payment of 917 dollars to be paid June 5th. I received communication from their attorneys and Global llc that they re... read more

Just like many others on this reviews first by foremost stay away from Symple Lending. They too sent me a pre-approved letter with a fake looking check not real of course for $25,000 and they make it sound easy to fill out get offers and select terms and receive your funds. Symply Not The Truth Lending! These are just another mail order predator that intentionally lied and misleading the people out here. They never intend to give you a dime. I responded to a pre-selected loan offer and filled out an application online . I received a call almost immediately from an agent. I quickly learned that the agency is marketed as a legitimate lending institution, but is actually a debt consolidation company. My accounts will be closed and negotiations will take place about interest, *** to be paid back , etc.. Another wild goose chase here! I'm terrified now that I gave my ss# over the phone in hopes that the advertising I saw about Symple Lending was legit. I have been sent absolutely nothing to help me. I'll take care of matters on my own I guess. This just isn't worth it.DB
