Zero stars because first and formost I was clear that I was not willing to "settle" my debt. Of course after keeping me on the phone that is the only thing that was offered. I recently contacted Simply Lending for assistance with debt that was accumulated due to the untimely passing of my brother. I spoke with someone by the name of *******, who was extremely condescending and rude. I pray that he never has to experience the murder of someone in his family and all the comes with it.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I received a letter in the mail about a personal loan for $30K. That would pay off all of my debt and the interest rate was between 5.9% and 19.9%, which is much lower than most of my credit cards. I called, they asked about my income, asked for my SSN and DOB, then ran a soft credit check. They then sent me an email stating my credit score (Equifax) was under 600 and the only option was one of those debt consolidation things where they charge you 25% of your total debt, make you stop m... read more

Sent me a ton of messages then when I went to ****** for loan they denied mme. ***** of time and space.

This company is a liar. They will lead you to believe they are a company thats going to give you a loan no matter how bad your credit is. What they are is a debt consolidation company, who will charge you an enormous amount of money to negotiate your debt with your creditors. In the mean time they want you to stop paying your creditors completely. I thought it was a great opportunity to help me with my credit. I have called 7 times and have yet to get a call back. I told them I have a very important question regarding my account. They have a answering service who have sent several messages on my behalf. It's like once they got my business I was ignored. I even tried to cancel my policy and have no way of doing it. I would not recommend them to anyone.
