At first I was a little worried about applying with Symple Lending because I wasnt sure I was going to get approved However, after speaking with ****** he made me feel very comfortable and took the time to show me the approval options available to me. This company went above and beyond to meet my expectations; they were friendly, caring and professional. 5/5 stars.
Symple Lending did not mention this was a debt relief program until application process was over. I wanted a debt consolidation loan not something that's going to ruin my credit.

Them: this isnt debt settlement I gave up at this point. I expect to get 100 phone calls in the next few days. Shame on me for thinking something that seems to be good to be true might be true. (5.9% interest).

**** was the person we talked to today but it seemed as if she was not listening to us when we told her numerous times that we did not want a debt resolution program. We were looking for lending/loan options due to our financial needs and she was rude when we qualified, told us how surprised she was, and then she continued to push the debt resolution we had already declined. Do NOT ever give these people your phone number. They will HARRASS you endlessly! They will not stop, despite your not calling them back! They have CALLED AND CALLED AND CALLED! They have also called my husband's number, even though I didn't even give them that number! I was just filling out an application online to see terms and rates and next thing is they are running a soft credit without permission. I did not see anywhere on the application them seeking permission to run a soft check. Very shady business practice. I will be filing a complaint against this company.
