The offer consolidation loans but what they really sell is debt consolidation. This means you stop paying and then they wait until you've saved up enough money (by sending it to them) and then they will try and settle the debt. Trashes your credit. Just save up your own money and settle with the credit card companies direct. Many credit card companies will work with you if you call them and explain what is going on.

Received a Pre-Approved letter in the mail and filed out application online. Got a response email from **** that she'll call or text within 5 minutes. Or Call the number provided for immediate results.Got an other email to contact ******, and a male answered the call he responded that ****** is his secretary. As others have mentioned, just a lot of scare tactics. Lure you in with a pre-approval for a loan which then turns into a debt relief program pitch. They tell you what a mess youre in, moments away from bankruptcy, give you this amazing pitch on how much money they can save you, all very vague. I asked for formal documentation so I could fully understand the program and was told they dont have anything they can provide until I sign up. Received a Pre-Approved offer in the mail. After I submitted the requested information online, I received an email asking me to call their phone # so they could inform me of my approved interest rate and loan amount. I asked them to email that information to me like every lender Ive ever encountered does. They stated they only communicate that information over the phone for security reasons. The gentleman on the phone was polite but that's where it ends. I received a preapproved offer for ****% and was actually quoted 34% in one case it's a Big bait and switch and a scam as far as I am concerned.

Not a great experience. I was looking for a loan at a reduced rate to pay off high interest credit cards. What I got was a lecture on how I am not handling my finances and a program to close all my cards and consolidate. Not what I asked for, not what I need.

I received a pre approval in the mail 10/2/23 and called to see what it was about. I was pre approved up to ****** with a rate of ****%, but when they actually sent me my offers they were also PRE-APPROVALS for **** at *****% through UPSTART and ****** at *****% through UPGRADE. They do not give you a loan themselves, it is through another company. The representative was very nice and only doing his job but I will not waste my time on something like this again.

How is it that you send out a "Pre-Approval" letter to everyone but not one person is pre-approved for ANY loan? Not a single person that you speak to actually is eligible to receive a loan through your company! How is that possible? Maybe because you don't actually offer any sort of loans through Symple Lending? You only offer some fake debt consolidation loan which isn't even a loan or debt consolidation.
