I ordered a couch (3 piece sectional) was told one piece was in, the next would be in a week later and the rest could be a couple weeks. Here I am almost two months later and multiple dates of delivery later and still waiting. Was told three different dates that my order would be ready. It continues to get delayed, yet they have already been paid in full. It has now, as of today, been delayed a fourth time for one piece. Asked to speak with a supervisor and have heard nothing back. Shopped at this store for years, then had a salesman lie to us and ended up being treated like criminals by management! Absolutely the worst so-called customer service I’ve ever experienced! Some of their actions I’m sure were illegal. I’m beyond shocked! Avoid this place at all costs... I certainly will!

Hello Katherine, As we discussed the only action required was to give back the defective mattress that was switched when our drivers went to pick it up. The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever encountered! This place is horrible... avoid at all costs!

Dot ever by a bed from Taft I bought a king size bed the frame under bed broke I called and it was under warranty well still waiting two months later to have it fixed keep getting told its on the next truck I will never Ever buy a product from them again , sincerely still waiting

Furniture arrived on time, except one piece was missing. Delivery people were very nice and helped me track it down, was delivered 2 hrs later. No explinatuon from delivery dept as to why it was left off the truck. No instructions for assembly of sectional. Appears brackets were not properly installed . Still waiting on service to let know how they will handle fixing Ottoman does not have feet as promised, has wheels. Hello Justin, Our apologies for the factory errors and frustrations this has caused. We do not know if there are any issues until the furniture is unwrapped and unfortunately it was free shipping which is delivered in factory packaging. We are working on legs for the ottoman that is made with castors, as we found out the same time as you and will be sending the technician out as discussed Saturday to adjust the sectional clips. The delivery guy acted very agitated the minute arrived. The drawer's are all uneven and do not close properly and he stayed it is because its on a rug.
