My experience on Monday was horrible. I have shopped there for many years and will never shop there ever! I bought a recliner on Monday, waited 2 hours for it to come from the warehouse. After driving 52 miles back home to Mayfield, Taft called me, to tell me I have the wrong recliner and told me I had to drive back to Colonie store to return the wrong chair and get mine! I said no! Took our money for quick ship then told us itnwas 4 weeks! Said they would call whenitncame it - they didnt! Said they wuld try to move up delivery snd call us back - wow suprise... they didn’t. Taft is all about the sale and nothing about service! Be smart and shop elsewhere!

Bought a very expensive bedroom set from Albany location & was shorted parts Taft was no help in replacing the missing items & said to go to a local big furniture store to buy what they shorted me. Regret every doing business with these people & will tell everyone I know "not to". Now to even use my bed I have to hopefully find the parts I originally should have received.

My coffee table showed up broken and was apparently loaded onto the truck like that. However, everyone was very helpful after I said I didn't want the coffee table because it was broken. All together it was a good experience.
