I was assisted like I was top priority! This young lady attended too me like a professional.
Tax Rise is in the process of negotiating for me. So far, they have been pleasant, knowledgeable and quick to reply to any concerns. Once the process is finished, I will write an updated review.
Kaylai was very helpful. I hope his customer service is more consistent than what I've experienced this past year. Andrew Tisnado took the best care of me but since he's been promoted I've virtually had no customer care until today with Kaylai
