**** was extremely polite patient and helpful today. After working in customer service for over ten years. I know the ins and outs of how to treat a customer. **** was excellent in accommodating me today. In a world where for me personally everything has been going wrong. This is not for older people who don't use computers or know about scanning, uploading, downloading statements and not for older people who is not phone technology savvy enthusiasts. But if you are, everything will be great, they are friendly and always willing to help.
