Love her customer service skills need more people like her to explain and calm your clients down on how frustrating that case managers are being switched around so many times always asking for the same documents thats been sent in a number of times and feels like nothing is getting Done!

He did a great job and actually confirmed that my documents had been received and that I did not need to send them for a third time. I kept receiving texts and emails saying I needed to sent docs.
