It has taken almost three years and my case still is not settled due to vivid etc. but the person on my case now has never failed to respond to all my request for updates . I had three others before ******************* . But ***** has kept up with my case and responded so far to every time I have contacted him. I just wish the *** would do their job and get my case settled .
