I appreciated the support and "wrap-around" services offered, beyond just the sale of the house. From the offer of storage, to referrals for lodging, to resources; it all helped me get through it and not feel quite so alone in the process. The escrow agent was also great, and answered all of my questions very well. Thank you all very much!
We had a home in Morro Bay that we had been having trouble selling. We were under the gun due to the fact that we were having another home being built. Hal stepped in as a replacement realtor and saved the day! In an area comprised of laid back realtors, Hal made things happen. He is very aggressive and assertive, yet always the consummate professional. We would be pleased to recommend Hal and his staff to anyone looking to sell a home. Hal was our listing agent for our house that was centrally located in SLO. It was listed at the upper range and as a result, it took awhile longer before it was sold. Prior to closing, we ran into an issue that involved the property management company. In addition, the buyer was not the easiest to work with. The deal could have easily fell through.
