Team Sweasey help us to find a perfect house in San Luis Obispo and worked with us and our mortgage consultant to solve all required details to finalize the closing the purchase. We managed to get our keys within 3 weeks. The house is located in a nice neighborhood with nice view of Madonna peak and very good proximity to downtown San Luis Obispo.
