Team Sweasey help us to find a perfect house in San Luis Obispo and worked with us and our mortgage consultant to solve all required details to finalize the closing the purchase. We managed to get our keys within 3 weeks. The house is located in a nice neighborhood with nice view of Madonna peak and very good proximity to downtown San Luis Obispo. We would use this opportunity to thanks again to Mrs Lindsey and Mrs Melodi to find and get our house and their help to settle in San Luis Obispo.

Hal and his team were absolutely great to work with. They were all very professional, helpful, understanding and quick to respond to any questions. Because of their expertise, everything went through quickly without any problems. I purchased a place through Hal years ago and was so impressed with him and his team that when it came time to sell, he was the first and only person that I thought of.
