Hal is a true professional. One person can only do so much, so having Lindsey Harn as the buyer specialist is brilliant. Hal had 2 all-cash buyer offers for us within 3 days after we signed the listing. He negotiated a final sales price higher than our original asking price. He and his staff were very responsive to our questions and concerns. The Sweasey Team was very efficient in handling the mountain of paper work that required our signatures. -- not an easy task since there were 3 seller signatures required for each document and all of us were in different parts of the state.
