From the time my brothers and I set down with Hal to interview him about listing our home in Morro Bay he was precise, straightforward, and honest. Once we listed with him we were in constant contact with him or one of his team members about how the listing and showings of the house were doing. It sold within a reasonable time frame and during escrow we were kept updated on a regular basis. Hal would be highly recommended for any real estate needs along the central coast area.

Hal was our listing agent for our house that was centrally located in SLO. It was listed at the upper range and as a result, it took awhile longer before it was sold.
