When it comes to trusting a loan officer to handle my clients financial business in a real estate transaction, there is no one else I use but Terri Tackett. She provides the level of service buyers expect and what other loan officers dream about. She is a fantastic business partner and I totally trust my clients with her.
Just very stressful process for a first time home buyer. The old home owner didn't help either.
I know Terri was trying but the amount of time that this deal was dragged out was not acceptable. We were constantly told it was about to close only to get delayed. The thing that kills me on these situations is that number one person who suffers is the Seller and no one does a THING for them. They are just expected to be "grateful" that it even closes. We sign a contract and everyone is expected to met deadlines and cooperate except the lender.
Terri did great but the process was a bitch.
I WOULD HAVE LIKE TO BE TOLD UP FRONT THAT YOU WERE A BROKER AND THAT MY ACCOUNT WOULD BE SOLD TO SOMEONE ELSE
