Wes Cohen at TXLending saved my sanity! I have been stuck in a construction since I bought my house at 8.99%. He made this refinance super easy and amazingly simple. We originally reached out to Gary am@ Texas Lending 1yr prior to our actual home purchase, discussed where we are at financially and what we were doing to get ready to start our home buying process.
