I'm so glad that we found Texas Lending! The rates that they got us were a lot lower than the lender that we were originally going to use. Also, we were first time buyers so, we had a lot of questions, and concerns, and they were all answered. Wes started helping us, and Cindy finished, and they were both just a phone call away, and even if they weren't able to answer, they always got back to us in a timely manner, and were willing to help in any way they could.

I am very thankful and blessed that when I called, Wes was on the other line. He kept me updated throughout the entire process and guided me through every step. It was like having a great elementary school teacher who makes you want to learn. He was consistent, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the whole experience.
