The service I received from Wes and the team at Texas Lending was fantastic. They were able to get us through the process so quickly and within just a couple of weeks we were able to get refinanced and get some extra money to get our house remodeled. Dealt with Wes Cohen. He was friendly, available, and most of all honest and forthright about my financial situation and my options. I didn’t feel like I was being pushed into a particular path forward. I’m now out of credit card debt (about 40k) with a little left over for some minor home improvements. I would definitely recommend and intend to use Texas Lending again when the time is right. Thanks, Wes!

You guys did a great job! Wes made the entire process easier than I would have expected. One slight flaw was that the original APR that I was given went up slightly just before the closing but that was no fault of the representative. I would also recommend that you not sell applicants information because I was bombarded with phone calls & emails for several days soon after contacting you. Other than that my experience was great & the entire process was completed in less than 4 weeks.
